Salmonella enteritidis may be inside perfectly normal-appearing eggs and can cause serious illness if the eggs break or crack and drip on RTE foods. The PIC immediately moved the eggs to the bottom shelf. The PIC will train all food employees on proper food storage and protection to prevent potential cross contamination. |
