Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: Tool Can: On or about December 19, 2012 and at times prior thereto, when employees were questioned as to the location of material safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals in the workplace including MAPP gas and various petroleum, oils and lubricants, they did not know. This condition limited the amount of information they had to safely use the hazardous chemicals in there workplace.
