            served. Review of the Alaska Corporation website shows that Earl Hill, the signer
            of the certified mail receipt, is not authorized to receive court paperwork on behalf of
            Ocwen Loan Servicing. Please serve the registered agent of Ocwen Loan Servicing or
            provide proof that Earl Hill is a registered agent of the company or is in a position
            allows for the service of documents by Civil Rule 4(d)(4).
            
            The other Defendants, Scott Horton and Stephen Popichak, have been properly
            served in accordance to Civil Rule 4. Default can be sought against these parties.
