The basis of seeking ex parte relief is that plaintiff has been unable to locate Orozco to accomplish service. No affidavit of due diligence detailing efforts to locate or serve defendant is filed. The Court notes that Orozco's home apparently is listed for sale, yet there is no indication whether or not the listing agent is aware of Orozco's whereabouts. The request for emergency ex parte order is denied without prejudice.
