Convenient accessibility of a handwashing facility encourages timely handwashing which provides a break in the chain of contamination from hands to food or food contact surfaces. The sanitizing bucket was removed from the handwashing sink. The Person in Charge (PIC) will ensure that all employees are trained to not block accessibility of the handwashing sink. |
