WALL COVERING

WALL COVERING is structured as a Limited Partnership (LP), a business structure composed of one or more general partners who manage the business and assume personal liability for its debts, and one or more limited partners who contribute capital but typically do not participate in management and have limited liability up to the extent of their investment. Limited Partnerships are commonly used for investment vehicles and specific business arrangements where some partners desire limited liability and others are willing to assume greater responsibility.
In Alaska, Limited Partnerships are governed by Title 32, Chapter 05 – Alaska Uniform Limited Partnership Act.

"Voluntarily Dissolved" means that WALL COVERING has chosen to formally terminate its existence through a deliberate action taken by its owners or directors, typically by filing the necessary dissolution documents with the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development. A voluntarily dissolved company is no longer authorized to conduct business within the state.

The entity number, 168PD, is a unique identifier assigned by the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to WALL COVERING. This number can be used to verify the company's registration and access official records.
