Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents. The PIC was unsure what was in the bottle and threw the bottle away. They were reminded to always label bottles that are not in their original containers. |

Pathogens can be transferred to food from utensils that have been stored on surfaces which have not been properly cleaned and sanitized.
