Inspector Comments Sani bucket was recorded at 500 PPM of Ammonia sanitizer. Sanitizer used above its safe zone can leave behind residue which can be toxic. The PIC added water to dilute the bucket and get the sanitizer within range. PIC will monitor with use of test strips going forward to make sure mix is correct.
