There were no written latex procedures available to review. Facilities should keep a copy of written latex procedures to ensure all employees are trained on how to handle clients with latex allergies. Person in charge will write out procedures for clients with latex allergies and will send a copy to nancy.mcwilliams@alaska.gov by 04/12/2024. |

Monthly spore destruction tests were not available for the months of May, September, and October 2017. The most recent spore destruction results for November 16, 2017 were available and the results showed a passing result for no spore growth. The Person in Charge (PIC) will look into the months missing test results. The PIC will ensure that spore destruction tests are completed every 30 days and that the test results are kept available at the time of inspection. |
