Inspector Comments | Testing chlorine dish washer yielded below 25 ppm on test strip. If sanitizer concentrate is not correct dishes are not being sanitized when run through the machine. PIC re-primed pump, and chlorine was dispensed in correct quantity. PIC checks machine at start of shift, but I have suggested spot checking to make sure it is still good. |

The person in charge created signs and posted them in several places correcting this on site. |
Inspector Comments | The dishmachine registered 25ppm bleach which is below the required 50ppm needed to kill harmful bacteria and pathogens that can lead to foodborne illness. The person in charge contacted their chemical supplier who agreed to come out today to adjust the bleach concentration. The person in charge set up the 3 compartment sink confirmed to be 50ppm bleach with available test strips and agreed to wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes using the 3 compartment sink until the dishmachine sanitizer concentration is 50ppm. |
