This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards. (b) Tool Container: On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior thereto, whip protection was not provided for the 1 inch compressed air inlet hose coming for the Zeks NC Series Air Dryer. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards. (c) Tool Container: On or about January 22, 2015 and at times prior thereto, whip protection was not provided for the breathing air connection on the CPF Air Filter. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards. Among other feasible methods of correcting the hazard, the inclusion of keeper clips to prevent disengagement of the fittings would reduce the struck-by hazard. |
