This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard. Instance (b) - Maintenance shop; on or about 26 June 2013 and times prior thereto, an Sears, Craftsman, 7 inch Metal Cutting Band Saw, Model 113.229670, Serial number 0161.P0009 was not connected to a device and fitting so that strain relief was provided. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard. |
