Facility had needle cartidges that had expired in 2022 available for use in the cabinet. All supplies used must follow the manufacturers guidelines. Person in charge disposed of the expired needles and reviewed all the needles to ensure they were within the use-by date of the manufacturer. Person in charge will monitor expiration dates monthly for the future to ensure manufacturer instructions are being followed. |
