Management could tell me the regulation for discarding after 4 hours, but could not show me how other staff would know hen to throw the food out. Having a written plan for using time as a control for potentially hazardous foods, that is used in training employees, ensures that teh regulations are being understood and followed. Manager will develop a plan for using time as a control for potentially hazardous foods. Manager will train staff for, and/or post a written plan for staff to follow regarding using time as a control. Manager will send me a copy of the plan to lizz.giver@alaska.gov within 14 days. |
