Inspector Comments |
Observed handwashing sink was not operational at the time of inspection. The water pump and water heater were not connected to a power source. Discussed hands must be washed before donning gloves and serving food to reduce the spread of germs. The owners quickly connected the water pump and water heater to a power source to make the sink fully operational. The owners also trained staff member to make handwashing sink functional before serving food. |
