| Inspector Comments | Milk was observed holding at 43.7F in a refrigerator that also holds breakfast burritos while they thaw. Potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41F or below to prevent pathogenic bacteria growth, which can cause foodborne illness. The refrigerator was packed very full of milk which may have restricted air flow and caused inconsistencies in temperature throughout the unit. The temperature of the unit was also adjusted. Staff will use a calibrated thermometer daily and log temperatures moving forward. |
