Inspector Comments | There is significant grease/food debris accumulation under the cook line in the restaurant. These conditions may attract pests. There was a dead and decomposing rodent observed under the cook line. This area needs a deep cleaning to ensure any pathogens possibly present in these areas are not spread to other parts of the kitchen. The owners agreed to perform a deep cleaning in the kitchen over the next two weeks. A follow-up inspection will be performed then to ensure adequate cleaning. |
