| Inspector Comments | I observed that the handwashing sink in the restroom and dishwashing washing area did not have signage instructing employees to wash hands. Owner stated that new walls had been recently installed. Owner will acquire rigid hand washing from the true value in town. I discussed that hand washing is a vital step to prevent any cross contamination that may cause illness. Owner stated hand washing signs will be installed by 03/21/22. |
