Inspector Comments | I observed toxic materials stored on the same shelf as food products without barriers. It is important that food items be stored away from toxic materials to reduce the chance of contamination. Person in charge (PIC) stated he would rearrange items on separate shelves to eliminate the possibility of contamination. PIC stated he would talk with his team and stress the importance of keeping food and toxic items separate. |
Inspector Comments | I observed both the ambient and food temperatures in the walk-in cooler to be above 41F. It is important to have potentially hazardous foods stored at 41F or cooler to prevent bacterial growth. Person in charge (PIC) stated it would be fixed within 3 days. PIC stated they would start checking temperatures daily. |
