Person in charge (PIC) stated he would rearrange items on separate shelves to eliminate the possibility of contamination. PIC stated he would talk with his team and stress the importance of keeping food and toxic items separate. |

It is important to have potentially hazardous foods stored at 41F or cooler to prevent bacterial growth. Person in charge (PIC) stated it would be fixed within 3 days.
