Food that comes into contact with surfaces that are not properly cleaned and sanitized are liable to contamination, and pathogens can be transferred to food from utensils that have been stored on surfaces which have not been properly cleaned and sanitized. Employee immediately changed the sanitizer bucket and verified with a test strip. All employees would be trained on the proper concentration of chlorine to water in the buckets. |
