It is important to store potentially hazardous food at 41F or below to prevent bacteria growth and toxin production which may lead to foodborne illness. The person in charge adjusted the temperature of the refrigerator and I verified that the temperature is decreasing properly. |

We discussed the importance of storing raw meat and poultry products away from ready to eat foods to reduce the potential for cross contamination that could cause food borne illnesses. Facility discussed storing in crisper drawers or on trays on the bottom shelf. |
