A consumer advisory helps inform customers of the elevated risk of foodborne illness associated with consuming certain foods undercooked. Manager will list a consumer advisory with asterisk linking it to the specific foods that can be ordered undercooked and email a picture to me at lizz.giver@alaska.gov within 30 days.
Inspector Comments Potentially hazardous foods were observed being held above 41F. Keeping potentially hazardous food at cold holding temperatures of 41F or below prevents the growth pf pathogens. Manager disposed of potentially hazardous foods temping above 41F.They turned down the fridge temp and will be checking temperatures to be sure they meet regulations. If the correct temperature cant be reached they will call a repair person and not use the cold holding unit until it can be repaired.
