Cut raw produce to include tomatoes and peppers, cooked sausages are on the refrigerator rack unpackaged. There was also an uncovered bowl of cracked eggs above ready to eat products. Uncovered foods and raw foods above ready to eat could cause contamination of foods. Staff put foods in a container and moved the eggs to below ready to eat foods. The person in charge will train other staff to do this as well. |
