| Inspector Comments | The ice machine had a significant amount of buildup along the top inside the machine. This buildup can adulterate ice as water droplets form and drip. The person in charge agreed to pay specific attention to this area inside the machine moving forward. The ice machine will be emptied and cleaned today. The machine is cleaned approximately every three months currently. I recommended monthly cleaning moving forward. |
