Inspector Comments	The parasite destruction records was not available at the time of inspection. It is important to have parasite destruction records when handling raw fish for consumption. Person in charge said she had the records offsite and would email them to shannon.jester@alaska.gov.

Inspector Comments	I did not observe cold holding temperatures because the food was being stored offsite. It is important to ensure foods are kept at 41F or lower to prevent bacterial growth. Person in charge stated that the fish are kept either frozen or thawed to 41F. Please email a photo of refrigerator contents and thermometer to shannon.jester@alaska.gov.
