Electrical room, a Dayton 8-inch bench grinder, model not legible, serial number 604477XJ94B had the tool rest adjusted to greater than 1/8 inch from the abrasive wheel. Distance was 1/4 inch from the abrasive wheel. b. Gear room, a Dayton 8-inch bench grinder, model not legible, serial number not legible; had the tool rest adjusted to greater than 1/8 inch from the abrasive wheel. Distance was 1/4 inch from the abrasive wheel. This condition exposed employees to a caught in hazard.
