| Inspector Comments | The dishwasher dispensed chlorine sanitizer solution at 0 ppm. Too little sanitizer will not reduce pathogenic microbe growth. We discussed that the sanitizer line needs to be primed when they switch out the container or when there are air pockets in the line. After priming, the dishwasher dispensed sanitizer at 50 ppm. Staff will use test strips daily to verify the levels as well. |
