The wash cloth sanitizer solution was above 200 ppm due to using expired test strips. Too high of a concentration can leave a toxic residue. Staff were trained on the proper ratio of chlorine. The operator stated they would order new test strips tonight. |

Moist wash cloth solution was tested at 200 ppm. Too high of concentrations can leave a toxic residue on food contact surfaces. Staff remade the sanitizer solution to 100 ppm and established consistent water levels and chlorine amount to reach those levels. |
