The main handwash sink in the kitchen is not putting out any hot water. The handle on the hot side is not working, resulting in only cold water being dispensed. Hands must be washed with soap and at least 100F water to adequately clean them and minimize risk of spreading foodborne illness. The person in charge agreed to have the sink looked at by a professional and will let me know once it has been fixed. |

The dish machine that uses chemical sanitizer to sanitize dishes is not reaching the required temperature to effectively wash the dishes during the wash cycle. The machine must reach 120F or higher but is only reaching approximately 90F. Dishes must be heated to this temperature to effectively remove pathogenic bacteria and food debris during the wash cycle. The person in charge agreed to have the machine serviced and wash all dishes by hand in the three-compartment sink until the machine is fixed. |
