Inspector Comments SANI-T-10-PLUS EPA# 10324-117-5741 Quat Sanitizer was observed at 500+ppm in the 3rd compartment of the 3 compartment sink which is above the required 200-400ppm needed to kill harmful bacteria and pathogens. When Quat sanitizer levels are above 400ppm it can leave a toxic residue on food contact surfaces that can make someone ill if ingested. The person in charge added water until the concentration was 200ppm and agreed to test the solution using available test strips before washing dishes.
