Observed handwashing sink behind the bar was fully supplied with soap and paper towels however, the paper towels need to be in a hands free dispenser. Discussed that there can be a potential of cross contamination when having to use both hands grab paper towels. Owner corrected on scene by installing paper towel roll with two sided tape to side of counter top next to hand sink. |
