Inspector Comments I observed a one gallon bottle of Zep Stain Remover chemical with no cap stored above the ice machine. Chemicals must to be stored above foods (ice) to prevent contamination with chemicals. The container was moved to another area during the inspection.
Inspector Comments I observed that no soap or towels were provided at the handwashing sink in the bar area. Handwashing sinks must be provided with soap and towels to ensure proper handwashing. The owner put soap and towels at the sink during the inspection.
Inspector Comments The ice machine has a buildup of brownish residue on the inside of the ice machine touching the ice. The machine must be kept clean to prevent contamination of the ice. Clean and sanitize.

Inspector Comments Raw shell eggs were observed to be stored above ready to eat foods (mushrooms and shredded cheese). Raw eggs can be a source of cross contamination if they crack and drip onto food items that will not be cooked prior to consumption. Operator immediately rearranged refrigerator to have raw eggs stored below all ready to eat foods.
