| Inspector Comments | The bleach sanitizer in the three compartment sink was observed at a concentration of 200+ppm. it is important that bleach sanitizer is kept at a concentration of 50-100ppm in order to effectively destroy harmful bacteria but remain non toxic to humans. The person in charge immediately diluted the solution and agreed to keep the concentration at 50-100ppm. |

| Inspector Comments | The facility does not have a handwashing sink. The handwashing sink was removed by maintenance over the summer when the school was closed. The new handwashing sink that was ordered to replace it has arrived and will be installed sometime over the next week. Currently the operator is washing their hands in the middle compartment of the 3 compartment sink. The person in charge agreed to send a picture of the new handwashing sink to DEC by 11/28/18 or complete a variance request if the sink is not installed. |
