It is important that hands are washed using soap and warm water in the approved hand washing sink. Person in charge had a teaching moment with the staff member and will continue to instruct staff on proper handwashing procedures. |

| Inspector Comments | The 3rd compartment sink has a Quat sanitizer dispenser and the solution registered 0ppm which is below the 150ppm - 400ppm required to kill harmful bacteria and pathogens that can make someone ill. The person in charge corrected this on site by dismantling the dispenser and manually adding Quat sanitizer until the concentration reached 400ppm with available test strips. The person in charge contacted the chemical service provider to order parts so that Quat can be automatically dispensed. |

It is important that paper towels are stored in a dispenser to prevent staff from drying hands on unsanitary surfaces such as clothing. The person in charge corrected this on site by installing a paper towel dispenser. |
