The potentially hazardous foods in this cooler were voluntarily discarded and the temperature was imediately adjusted. Handwashing is a critical factor in reducing fecal/oral pathogens transmitted from hands to ready to eat food as well as other pathogens that can be transmitted from environmental sources. Person In Charge (PIC) had food employee wash their hands to alleviate risk factor. PIC will ensure that all food employees are trained on proper hand washing procedures. |

PIC stated that facility is going to call maintenance to fix sink. PIC will provide documentation that maintenance came to fix water temperature issue at the hand washing sink. |

PIC stated that he would have the meat slicer cleaned prior to use. PIC will ensure that the meat slicer is taken apart and cleaned regularly as required to prevent build up of grease deposits and other soil accumulations on the food contact surface. |
