Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents. The PIC immediately labeled the bottle and will remind staff to do so from here on out. |
| Inspector Comments | The high temperature dish machine is not reaching a final rinse of 160F or higher for sanitizing dishes. 142F was observed as the final rinse temperatures. 160F or higher must be met in order to ensure food contact surface are properly sanitized. The person in charge (PIC) has implemented a sanitizing dip for the final step in order to make sure they are being sanitized until the unit is fixed. |
