| Inspector Comments | Two classrooms (Nursery & School age) had bleach concentration in 3 compartment sink at 200ppm or higher. Failure to use sanitizing solution at the proper concentrations could result in injury to employees and the consumer and the accidental contamination of food or food-contact surfaces can cause serious illness. The sanitizing solution was remade and verified to be at 100ppm in the nursery and the bleach concentration was dumped in the school age classroom. Person in charge will re-train all employees on how to make sanitizing solution at the appropriate concentration of 50 to 100 ppm for chlorine. |
