At the time of inspection, dishwasher read 0 PPM for chlorine. It is important that dishes/utensils be properly sanitized to decrease chance of bacterial growth. Until the dishwasher is repaired, cleaned dishes will be submerged in sanitization sink filled with water/quat solution for 30 seconds and allowed to air dry. When the dishwasher is repair, PIC will send a picture of a sample test strip to shannon.jester@alaska.gov. |

Food Worker Cards (FWC) were not available at the time of inspection. It is important that all food workers obtain and management retain FWC to prove workers' abilities to prepare safe food. PIC will email copies of all FWC to shannon.jester@alaska.gov. |

PIC's SafeServe certificate was missing at eh time of inspection. It is important that someone involved with the daily workings of the facility has this certificate in order to ensure that food is prepared safely, and proper training has been completed. PIC is to email his certificate to shannon.jester@alaska.gov. |

Lunch menu has asterisk beside questionable item, but no Consumer Advisory to which to refer. It is important that consumers be aware of foods that may be raw or undercooked. Labels printed with Consumer Advisory should be affixed to lunch menus. When menus are reprinted include the Consumer Advisory. |

A spray bottle was observed unlabeled in the dry storage area. Identification of toxic chemicals with proper labels helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents. The person in charge immediately labeled the spray bottle and agreed to train employees to label all chemicals. |
