This condition exposed employees to a 120/208 volt electrical shock and burn hazard. (b) ) F/V Beauty Bay, Foc'sle: On or about 11 February 2014 and times prior thereto, Factory Distribution Panel missing a blank or protective cover. This condition exposed employees to a 120/208 volt electrical shock and burn hazard. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard includes but not limited to install approved protective cover as per the manufactures recommendation.
