ALASKAN TREK

ALASKAN TREK is structured as a Limited Partnership (LP), a business structure composed of one or more general partners who manage the business and assume personal liability for its debts, and one or more limited partners who contribute capital but typically do not participate in management and have limited liability up to the extent of their investment.
