Inspector Comments | The handwash sink inside the mobile unit is not supplied with hot water. The water heater is not functioning properly again after they apparently fixed it from last year's issue. The handwash sink in the employee restroom was also not supplied with hot water. This sink draws from a separate water heater that wasn't hooked up. It was apparently turned off for when the restaurant shut down for a week recently and did not get turned back on. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water to adequately clean hands. The person in charge agreed to call someone to look at the water heater today. The landlord came by during the inspection to hook the inside water heater back up to provide heat for the inside restroom handwash sink. |

Violation Items
Inspector Comments | Both the hand sink in the food trailer section of the establishment and the building where dishes are often washed and some food prep occurs adjacent to the mobile unit have their water heaters malfunctioning. As a result, neither hand sink is being supplied with hot water currently. It is critical to have a consistent flow of water between 100-120F when washing hands and dishes to ensure they are being adequately cleaned. The person in charge informed that they have requested their landlord address the issue bit have not had a response yet. The hot water has been out for three days now. |
