This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard. The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 307504449, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium.
